The
first release of eKlipse will be a 2007 late harvest Semillon from Klipsun
Vineyards.
This Semillon
was hand harvested on Dec. 13th, 2007 at 32 Brix.
It is the
first vintage of wine produced by the Gelles family.
Analysis:
12% Alcohol with 12.2g/100ml residual sugar.
